Refund Policy
At Culinary Thread, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The item is unused and in its original packaging
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged due to mishandling, or purchased during clearance sales unless they are defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [your support email] with:

A brief explanation of the issue

Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll guide you through the return process. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
